Log files
The 2D Transit website collects standard log files about web visitors for analytics purposes. Collected information includes Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time of visit, referring/exit page, and some information about user behavior on the site.
Contact and payment information
On some pages of the 2D Transit site, you may be prompted to submit contact and payment information for yourself or your business. This information includes but may not be limited to name, user ID, password, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit or debit card information.
Information about business operations
If you purchase a paid 2D Transit plan, you may be prompted to submit information about your business operations while using the 2D Transit web app through the 2D Transit site. This information includes but may not be limited to employee names, printer network addresses, physical warehouse addresses, shipping addresses, product inventory, and shipment plans.
Use of information
Channel Precision (CP) will use information collected through log files only for analytics purposes. Contact information collected by the 2D Transit website will be used only to contact you, and payment information will be used only to complete your order. Channel Precision will make no use of collected information about your business operations except as part of the labeling and reporting functionality of the 2D Transit web app or by your specific request. We will never share your information or shipment data with anyone else except to the extent necessary for processing your payment without written consent.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Amendments to collected information
To amend or request removal of any information we have collected from you through our website, contact us through our contact page. Upon request, we will amend or delete any stored personal information from our records.
“Do not track”
Note that your browser may permit you to automatically transmit a “do not track” signal to websites you visit. This functionality is not widely supported, and the 2D Transit website, like many others, does not currently change its behavior when it receives this signal.
